Meet Lisa Belle, our founder and passionate recipe creator and purveyor of all the Moonscoops deliciousness.

As a young girl, she watched and helped her Italian grandmother and mother make pasta by hand. Her father always had a sourdough starter ready and fresh-baked bread on the table. Making cookies, baking, and creating specialty desserts was a way of life.

Lisa Belle’s husband, Jon, and their three children carry on that tradition by making food and treats together as a sweet and shared experience. Watching the joy sweep over the faces of loved ones at the first taste of a treat is worth every effort!

Moonscoops was born of these joyous family traditions that we’d love to now share with you! We love creating and curating incredible desserts to create your own unique experience with our three core offerings: fresh-baked cookies, artisanal organic soft-serve ice cream, and house-made Italian ice - all of which can be stratospherically & uniquely customized.
